Hello,
I’m using Pavilion Minimal v2.0.2, my website has two languages Arabic and English, in the theme settings I’ve configured a Google font Cairo for both languages, the font is loaded successfully in Chrome for both languages. However, in Safari it is loaded for English only, please find attached screen shots for part of my site showing the difference in Safari and Chrome.

is there a fix for this issue?

Thanks,
Abdullah.

We’ve tried to search of any problem reported for Safari, but with no luck. The truth is that Google automatically serve the font resources after a browser detection and you don’t have any control over this behavior.

Glad to hear everything is OK now, Abdullah.

Hi again,

I’m sorry to say, the problem is resolved on Safari Mac devices. However it is still exists in Safari iPhone for the Arabic version of the font, it seems to me that the problem might be related to charset or encoding, can you please help solving this issue.

Thanks,
Abdullah.

Hi,
I resolved the issue, I didn’t pay attention to the font style I selected, it was latin not arabic, but what mislead me was Chrome and Safari on Mac were showing the correct font, except Safari on an iPhone.

Thanks,
Abdullah.
