can anyone help me how to do this

There is something wrong with your upgrade, which is not related to Shoppica. The Shoppica 2 theme does not modify the public_html/bagloveme.com/catalog/controller/common/footer.php file. You have most likely not upgraded the database. Run install/index.php to upgrade your database.

Did you try to run yourshop.com/install/index.php ?
