My additional information is all scrumbled up. Did nothing other then updating woocommerce…

Hello,

It looks like custom woocommerce template are not loading.

We will need the ftp access, so we can check what can be the problem.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hello,

Can you please try to activate Shoppica theme instead of Shoppica child, and check if the problem is there?

Its possible this to happened when you moved header.php into child theme.

when on the main theme there is a secont of the error showing and then it goes back to normal. But I need the header to be in the child theme for facebook insights authentication so I can put it back. I thought child themes were supported… Is there a way to fix it?

Hello,

Child themes are supported but we have a lot of custom code in header.php. Will check if the problem is from facebook authentication or from header.php in child theme and let you know.

Hello,

The problem is from moving header.php to child theme. But we didnt find any solution yet.

You can edit your main theme header.php and make backup of original file while we are working on it.

Hi,

Iv tried to remove the header from the child theme as I can use Yoast SEO for facebook. Unfortunatly the prolem remained.

We are not able to login to WP Admin. Also please disable plugin jQuery Updater there is big chance to conflict.
