Hi,
how can i adjust my custom logo? i adjusted 198*66 px and uploaded in Back-End Menu. But nothing changed.
And do you have any response time for your support performance? I manage a business company based on e-commerce not a personal forum / chat website.
After buying of your theme i stopped my sale and waiting your response and fixing!!! Therefore i and another clients can be lose the money.
Since 3 days i am waiting your response for the code issue in another ticket / topic. I gave my system information / login but i didn’t receive any feedback. My website looks a broken.
Why don’t have any blueprint or handbook for your Kiddos Theme? docs.theme web site is very superficially and i can’t find any topic. This is for you and your clients are very time wasting. With a handbook for each Theme can be very very avoidable of time wasting.
I am waiting for your response of fixing / direction.

I gave the pixel measures in Theme settings but logo slide to right and nothing changed!

Hi,
Here are the settings you need for the logo block:

You have also added some extra CSS that was blocking site logo resizing. We’ve removed it and now everything should be OK.
Another thing – we’ve deleted all custom configurations for the header. Unless you have different headers, you only need the GLOBAL scope.
