I’m new to using Pavilion. I use the forum when possible but the responses are too slow. I paid for support. How do I open a ticket?

The support tickets are the topics in this forum. We use this support format, so many people can benefit from similar solutions.

About the response time we try our best to answer any questions you have within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), but during busy periods this may take longer.
