mega menu means 2 or 3 column menu like in demo ìf i can have a menu style like your OPEN CART shoppica theme then that would be highly appreciated

1) Check here how to disable mobile version: http://support.themeburn.com/topic/how-to-disable-mobile-view-2
2) s_megamenu must be applied to your shop link and all children links will be displayed horizontally.
3) No it is not possible to include description in wordpress version.
