how can I do this?

I also want instructions for this. I would like to customize the colors of the items from the menus.
I like that they are always in the same color, for example in blue, and when you put your mouse over the menu, this change to white. (Contrary to how they are now in this time for “default template blue”).

Unfortunately, with the current menu system in OpenCart this is not possible.
