How to reduce the height of the header

How would I reduce the height of the header. Basically the area (Wish List (0) My Account Shopping Cart Checkout) to the area that goes to the categories. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I meant to reduce the height of the header. Sorry if I was unclear. Like the header is too far down. Basically I’m trying to achieve a smaller header. :)
