I can not install the Shoppica Banner

Hello, I can not install the Shoppica Banner, I follow the instructions and is not activated, please can tell me how I have to do, thanks.

You wiill need to press the “install” button in the extension for Shoppica Banner. Once it is installed, click on edit. You will see two tabs -Banner Positions and Banner Set. Click on Banner Set to add the images you want for the Banner. Then in Banner Position, click the name of the Banner Set(s) and assign position.
