What did you replace in the index file because I have the same error code.

backup your current index file first- in order not get things worse in case if this method did not work. Then replace the main index file on you server with one provided with shopicca theme additional folder.
Yah ,,
I remember that I cleared VQmod cashe folder and verfied it is re-writable.

I am not sure which one worked but I suggest that you begin with clearing VQmod cahe folder as the error refers to it.

This error may arise by the combination of wrong Shoppica install and vqmod modified Shoppica templates. Firstly – you should disable all of your vqmods (just empty the vqmod/xml folder) and make sure you have working Shoppica install. Then you have to re-upload the vqmods and empty the vqmod/vqcache folder.
