Impossible to acces to Shoppica 2 CP

I can not acces to the CP of shoppica 2 when i click on module it just redirect to a white page and do not show any massae. the front end show good. How can i fix it, what is happening? Thanks

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
