Install error (wordpress)

Theme can’t be installed. After downloading system asks to try again.

Through ftp – site stop working at all.

What’s the reason?

Wordpress 3.7.1.

Hi,

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check. Upload the to ftp, we will activate it.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
