Installation Troubles for Opencart 3.xx – Trendo Theme – Urgent

Dear Burn Engine Support Team, We have bought the theme and we are facing a problem with the installation procedure for Opencart 3.xx. For starters, the theme files have been uploaded on our oc root folder. Moving on to the problem: First of all, in Extensions –> Themes, we can’t find any install button. In order to continue the set up, we change the theme directory to BurnEngine and then proceed with saving. After that, when we try to open our store it gives us a warning ⚠️ pointing out that we need to go to admin panel, enter Extensions -> Modules, find ‘BurnEngine CP’ and click ‘install’. But in Extensions –> Modules there is no BurnEngine CP…. We have followed the instructions from your manual, uploaded the OC 3.xxx files to the root of our store through ftp, replacing the old ones… We could really need your advice and help on the matter as we need to proceed to the installation asap. Hi, Have you moved your installation to a new folder? `newversion` Can you please create a new installation as the one there seems broken. It is best to use a subdomain instead of putting the new store in a subfolder inside another store. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
