Installing Theme burn

Hi, why do I always seem to battle when installing theme burn, I am changing servers and need to move my site but I am not having any luck , I have uploaded all the required files, but do not see In Extensions > Themes and install the BurnEngine module

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
