hi im trying to use your shoppica menu but am having some problems with the submenus on the header menu

when I have a main category near the right side of the menu then the submune appears outside the fixed page with, this is fine if your viewing on a large screen but if we look at the site on an ipad then some of the submenu is off screen. Is there a way to set it to always be full width of site

Also is there a way to delay the submenu from showing as i’d like a 1 second delay from hovering over the main menu to the submenu appearing
