Hi Vaclav,

We’ll start from back to front:

1) Your menu problem should be now gone after re-saving the Main Categories menu set.

2 & 3) Do you have something that caches your website? A module or modification? Even after we’ve switched to the default theme, we need to refresh the browser a couple of times so that the actual content (cart and / or checkout) appears:

Hi

thank you for response. its is weird, because we don’t use cachce module, and cache in administration is off.

Maybe some settings in BurnEngine Control Panel – Page load and compatibility?

Thank you

Hi Vaclav,

Have you taken any further steps? We’ve checked your website again and now the “caching” problem is gone. We are not able to properly add products to cart and checkout without any issues.

Can you please update us?

ThemeBurn team
