Hi,

I am using the layerslider and I am trying to embed a youtube video. It displays perfectly in edit preview mode, although when I publish it, it will not appear. Can you please help me to get this working.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

HI guys,
Oops i didnt realise it was in the wrong section.

Here is website details:

1. Vimeo in layer slider
It works in the preview, but fails to load when published.

2. The cloudzoom on product pages does not work. It opens up in new window.

3. The featured image always gets loaded twice on the product page.

4. You have short codes on your preview site, but yet you do not show what the code is. What is the code to display the category of products. I am using woocommerce

If you could please help with me these issues that would be great.

Hi,

To fix bugs from 1 to 3 update the theme to latest version in ThemeForest.

4) All shortcodes are added via Visual Composer, you can use it to build your pages.

Do you provide a change log or list with newly updated themes that indicate exactly what files have been updated/replaced. I have done some customizations to my theme.

HI,
I already gave you that information above.. The layer slider is working now, although the product page is still showing images which I have marked “hide from product page gallery”. Here is an example:

Hi,

Woocommerce 1.x doesn`t work with product gallery, all attached images to product is showed on the gallery. This feature will be available with Woocommerce 2 which is in RC 1.

The solution is to upload images in Media, and link them from product page, not to upload them again for each product.

WOW!!! This should of really been explained in the Manuel. I now have to go back and do it all again through the media.

Also is there a way to change the color of the general body font and title (h1.h2, etc) colours?

Hi,

We will add this into documentation now.

When you click on Add Media, don`t upload image -> click on Media Library, click on the image and insert it into product description.

This way they will not appear in product images.

Is it possible to feature just categories in the store shortcode in the visual composer? I have 2 categories, and would like the feature them on 2 different pages.

Right now there is no shortcode to show specific category, this is good idea and we may add this with next theme patch.

How do i go about changing the font colour of the body text and header text???

There dosnt seem to be a setting in the theme options.
