Loading time help

Hi,

My homepage – e4a.com – loading Time is at 6 sec and all is really slow… Anything I can do to improve that? Tried W3 total cache but with adjustments so the cart staid ok it killed the mobile compatibility.

Do you have any plugins which could slow the site, and do you have any other sites on this hosting to check how they are loading?

We will need the admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

We added some plugins but the site was always slow, even before. I just recently discovered the mobile issue with W3 so until now it wasnt an issue. We have several sites on that hostings, all are ok.

Hello,

We just checked but admin panel is very slow to load too. Also we swtiched to default theme and there was same loading time (its shoppica theme again).

Could you try to disable plugins and check if the site will open faster.

I would also like to know how to make my site load faster- can you please advise of a caching plugin that you know won’t conflict with Shoppica?

You can change settings for your needs, there is no specific settings for Shoppica.
