Major problem on checkout PAY

hi,
i have a major problem here where it doesn’t load the page for the user to pay.

This is replicated by user confirming the cart but doesn’t pay, then revisits to attempt to pay and this error comes up.

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

We just made an order from your site and everything worked fine with Direct Bank Transfer.

Can you explain where and on which step do you get this message?

ok well i was getting it on the paypal option, not sure if its doing it for the direct deposit option.

basically you buy something and then close down the website or return to the homepage and then go into your account and click on the order and try paying. brings up the error.

Hi,

We tried few times to replicate the problem, but no result. When we check paypal its redirecting to pay. Is the error after that?

We are still checking on our testing installation.

yes, BUT, now do not pay. Close out of the paypal page, then return to the made2fly site and go to your account and try paying again. the error is there.

1. after the redirect, close the paypal page.

The problem is fixed, there was problem into the payment template which is fixed and will be included with next theme patch.
