Missing files on theme installation

I have Recently Downloaded the theme PAvilion and installed on my opencart Site
http://www.sayyoni.com , but while Installing the “BurnEngine” from the Extension->Module section \it is giving error

Warning: require(/home/sayyoni/public_html/catalog/language/english/english.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sayyoni/public_html/system/vendor/BurnEngine/admin/plugin/CommonPlugin.php on line 106
Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/sayyoni/public_html/catalog/language/english/english.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/sayyoni/public_html/system/vendor/BurnEngine/admin/plugin/CommonPlugin.php on line 106

Kindly Help in resolving the Error

We will need the website admin and ftp access, so we can check.
