Missing Items in Menu (Safari/IE9)

Our products menu has the different product categories as child items and all 9 or them display fine in Chrome, but in Safari and IE9 it’s only showing 6 of the items. (see attachments)

Hi,

Can you give us access to your store administration. We’ve checked with all browsers we have and there is no difference at all. The “My account” seems empty everywhere.
