Mobile viewing problems on Android

I’ve been notified that my website cannot be viewed on Android devices, the front pages just keeps refreshing over and over. It views just fine on iPhone, however. Is this a known issue?

Hi,

We will need the admin access too. There is some redirects which is not caused by our theme. It may be a plugin.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hello,

Probably the problem is from a plugin which is refreshing site on mobile.

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
