Hello,
In the Page Builder, Module block “Bestseller products” when a category/subcategory setting is enabled nothing gets displayed.

The bug happens when any Filter (Narrow results |Limit products | Hide products with 0 quantity
) is enabled in the bestsellers module.

Does the bestseller module take into account the product purchases before Burnengine was installed?

From what database table are the Bestsellers selected?
What does Autodetect mean in the “Bestseller products” module’s category filter?

Does the support forum have “a sort by newest post” in the search?
It is extremely time consuming looking through the forum posts from 2012,2013 instead of seeing the newer more relevant posts.

Hi,

Best seller products are taken from the default OC database (orders). We are asking for access to test the filter issue.
