Moving required “Terms and Conditions” to another checkout phase

First off, I’m really fond of your theme, and most of my modifications have been done without any problems. I looked through the forums for a question related to mine but I couldn’t find any. I also looked for a solution on the OpenCart forums, but since the code in the Shoppica files are different, it didn’t work out.

I have a problem with moving a required checkbox to another part of the checkout phase though .

I want to move the required checkbox into the 4th phase, Delivery, instead of the current Payment one.

That way I can remove the Payment phase with CSS and javascript (since there’s only one option and visitors type in their credit card info after the last phase) and make it easier for the customers to buy what they want.

Unfortunately, this is not a trivial modification and could not be covered by the free support offered by this forum. You could post your question in the official opencart forums, or seek a freelancer to do the job for you.
