Multi-Store different CSS file for each store

Hello Sir, i have created a two stores and assigned same shoppica2 theme for both. I want to use seperate css file for each store. Is there anyway to do it using php in header.tpl. store one : bookswordy.com store two : students.bookswordy.com i learnt from other forums using http_host will work. but i dont know how to echo a css file. can you help me in this please.	hariprasad2k0
