Hello,

Can you please tell me if http://codecanyon.net/item/create-multiple-forms/3264649 could be integrated into your theme? It seems that it would be the best one to use for creating custom forms and I was wondering if you know if it would work.

Otherwise, if you have a suggestion for a plugin that would work with your theme, one that creates forms, I would be highly thankful…

Hi Mike,

If forms work as OC modules, then you can easily export them to work with Page Builder.

Unfortunately, we haven’t had the chance to test similar extensions, so we can’t make any recommendation.
