Hi there, my site, http://www.dappergrappler.com has gone BLANK!!

Can anyone advise why this is? I searched for “blank” but the results didnt help.

Ive not made any changes which would make the site go crazy, so totally clueless why this isn’t working!

Thanks,

Tom

Hi there,

All details should be provided!

It seems your problem is not connected with Shoppica in no way. The blank page means your php script dies with fatal error. Because of the disabled error reporting on your server, you see the blank page and not the actual error that is causing it.

Most likely you have unsuccessful attempt to upgrade opencart and your config.php file is screwed up.

You could try to re-install opencart if this is an option for you. I recommend you to use the latest versions of opencart and Shoppica.

You could ask your server administrators to enable the php error reporting in order to display the fatal error. You could post then this error in the offical opencart forums, where you could find help to remove the issue.

Can’t assist you further to resolve this problem, because it goes far beyond the free support this forum offers.

Disable gzip compression.

Possible there is some error generating in output, which is preventing gzip encode content correctly.
If you want to use gzip again, fix those errors, and enable gzip.
