No you don`t have to build your website again, if you do any changes on theme files, read the files_changelog.html in Documentation folder and move only them.

You can check your theme version by going to Appearance -> Themes.

Did you make any changes on your theme files?

If you don`t please make backup of your theme files. Download latest version, extract it and upload over older version on ftp.

Update your Woocommerce to latest version.

This will do the trick.

yeah thats the main reason i have chnaged many things i cant afford doing it again so should i make your default cloudzoom off and should use a third party plugin for zoom now? because i dont have option

If you update to woocommerce 2 and use theme version 1.1.1 there will be a lot of problems.

So if you want to stay with this version don`t update!

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can try to fix this.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

if i share it with you you will resolve the problem of cloudzoom and pictures thumbnail images please dont make any other change as i have used several plugins in it for shaping it up a little bit i know abt wordpress….

i am hesitating because i previously gave my crediantels to one of you and after that i wasnt able to login and i got my password back from c panel!

please let me know the procedure so i can do it own my own

ok i give you credentials kindly look into the problem sometime i am not ale to see thumbnail images as well and main problem is 2nd image is not being zommed by cloudzoom

Your problem with second image is fixed, its was caused by the code you edited.

We didn`t encounter any problem with thumbnail disappear.
