No formatting, no styling….totally lost

Hi,

I cannot figure out how to get this theme to display properly. No formatting appears while it the theme is activated. I tried some of the solutions but nothing worked. Very frustrating please advise.

Hello,

The ftp username you sent doesn`t have access to edit files.

Please change the permissions and let us know.
