No Main Menu

Hi, I have installed the WP e-Commerce plugin but am having issues.

1. The pages I’ve created aren’t showing up in the main menu at the top of the page. Only the Home page option shows: http://transfer-factor-4life.org/
2. On the products page (assigned by the WP e-Commerce plugin) the images aren’t showing up. The page actually freezes: http://transfer-factor-4life.org/products-page/
3. With the category pages the images don’t show up: http://transfer-factor-4life.org/products-page/transfer-factor/
4. On the individual image pages the product title doesn’t show up at the top of the page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Re the main menu, I have created a custom menuw widget but there dosn’t sem to be an option for placing it at the top. If i place it in Shop Info 1-4 it appears at the bottom of the page.

Am I trying to add the main navigation in the wrong way?

Hi, the products page has the [productspage] code on it but still no products show up. All products have a featured image. http://transfer-factor-4life.org/products-page/
My categories don’t show any imiages either: http://transfer-factor-4life.org/products-page/transfer-factor/
Also, the breadcrumbs is messed up with the product showing up before the category.
I’m sorry but I’m having so many problems with this theme.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Right after you send it we will try to fix it ASAP.

It looks great.

Just one question, do you happen to know why the breadcrumbs put the name of the product instead of the category name. Here’s an example page:

http://transfer-factor-4life.org/products-page/tri-factor-formulas/

It should read as the url does:

Home » 4Life Tri-Factor Formulas

but instead reads:

Home » 4Life Transfer Factor® Chewables Tri-Factor Formula » 4Life Tri-Factor Formulas

(4Life Transfer Factor® Chewables Tri-Factor Formula) should not be there as it’s not a category

Then on the product page itself:

http://transfer-factor-4life.org/products-page/tri-factor-formulas/4life-transfer-factor-chewables-tri-factor-formula/

It should read:

Home » 4Life Tri-Factor Formulas » 4Life Transfer Factor® Chewables Tri-Factor Formula but instead reads:

Home » 4Life Transfer Factor® Chewables Tri-Factor Formula » 4Life Tri-Factor Formulas » 4Life Transfer Factor® Chewables Tri-Factor Formula

(4Life Transfer Factor® Chewables Tri-Factor Formula) is displayed twice.

Is there a way I can change the standard intro banner to a static image of my choice?

Just to add to that, I have been able to use the visual composer to add a banner image and have selected “no image” in the theme intro layout but the problem is that it appears below the standard “criss cross” banner pattern. I would like it to actually replace the standard banner.
Is there a way of disabling the banner pattern that comes with the theme?
