no payment options available even after enabling it

Hi,

I don’t know if my problem is big or not. In the payment options i enabled quite a few of them and configured them (paypal, paypal pro, and a few others). But when i try to buy a product and am in the payment options window, nothing appears but this message: “error, no payment options available. Please contact us to get assistance”.

Maybe i forgot a step in the configuration…

Hi,

Could you provide some more information? We may need a ftp access as well.

Generally, this shouldn’t be connected with Shoppica. Did you fill the “Total” field? It enables the payment method, only when you have reached the value you have entered.

I filled the “total” field but it doesn’t work.

I even enabled the “free order” option, but this one doesn’t work as well. You can see it in my website: http://coursdephotographie.fr/

Oh i’m using opencart v1.5.1.1 in french version and shoppica v1.5.1.X

Yes, we will need the ftp and the admin access.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
