Not working PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect.

Here is the problem, wordpress works fine but when i activate the theme i get this error.

you have problem with the paths.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

Hello,

When we try to access your wordpress installation we get Internal Server Error (Error 500). Are you sure you configure correct everything?

Please reinstall wordpress and copy php.ini from your open cart installation and place it in wordpress root folder.

Hey,

Where we can see the error logs?

In you panel there is only access log.

And don`t really know which part of the theme is causing the problem, i see only Error 500.

Hello kalrek,

There is no function file_exists() for style.css in our theme, this comes from misconfiguration in php.ini and wordpress installation.

Can you please set open_basedir to “none” in php, we already try to set it with php.ini but it didn`t change anything. This can be most likely changed from your plesk panel, but the user we used to login has insufficient credentials. Alternatively you can ask your server support to disable the open_basedir php directive.

Please let us know if this is working.

Great but now what how do i add products, or can i export my items from open cart to the blog, im confused is there a help guide.

i see no options to add anything do i need to install other things

2. Read the theme documentation.
