Order Email Product Text Cut Off

Hi, not sure if this is Shoppica or OC but content of the emails as well as Order Product Details when order is viewed online….the descriptive product text is being truncated/cut off.

So instead of saying “Product Model 670 – Color: Purple-Blue”

It says: “Product Model 670 – Color Pur….”

I need it to show full description of what was ordered. Any idea how one changes this?
