Hi, You don’t need to buy another theme to get your questions answered. You still need to have a valid support purchased though. About your questions – there are no stupid questions. Unfortunately all BE themes have thousand of options and it is not very easy to get used to work with all of them. That is why we are here to help you. However sometimes there are some technical glitches that take more time to get resolved and there could be delay – sorry for that! Hope you understand! BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
