We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of Pavilion 1.1.0!

This is major release which provides some new feature in addition to the regular issue fixes.

The most notable new feature is the Stories module. We could also have named it News/Blog as its purpose is to post articles on your stores. It supports tags and comes with three blocks you can use with the page builder – Latest articles, Featured articles and Articles Tags. It is installed as an additional module (just like regular opencart module) and its contents are not controlled inside Pavilion theme panel.

The second big feature is the most demanded full screen slider. You can find more info about its usage in the online documentation.

We have also added an ‘accordion mode’ for the category listing block. This was requested several times in the forums.

Another great feature for the advanced cms users is the ‘full width content rows’. Every row in the page builder has additional layout option which allows the row to cover the full width of the page.

In addition all of the reported bugs have been fixed:

- several issues with import demo data
- cache issues with currency
- product randomization in product listing blocks
- add to cart buttons alignment in product listing
- OC 2.0 add to cart broken in product comparison
- custom manufacturers not displaying in category megamenu
- broken search functionality in sticky header
- minor overall css styling fixes
- image size for site background was not saved properly
- a few compatibility issues with third party modules

The next major update 1.2.0 which will include:

- Header builder – you will be able to build your header with custom blocks just like any other page. This will change our ’8 different headers’ feature to ‘unlimited headers’
- Bootstrap compatibility – this is highly requested by some advanced users

If you don’t own Pavilion, you can purchase it from themeforest only. It’s not sold anywhere else.
