Paypal Pro payment gateway not expanded with this theme

ThemeBurn SupportForumsWordPress ThemesShoppica WordPress ThemePaypal Pro payment gateway not expanded with this theme

This topic has been marked as resolved.

Can you sort the CSS in your theme so that the PayPal Pro payment gateway displays expanded as it should be default? In my site it doesn’t display the fields etc at all, only when you click the radio button do they appear and all the fields look incorrectly formatted as well, see screenies – one shows how it looks when unexpanded and the other when expanded – bearing in mind it should always appear expanded.

Hi,

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

WHilst you are looking into this, the sorting options in the shop do not work, try it with the sort by pricing low to high options and you will see.

Thanks

Hi,

The problem with the sorting is fixed with 1.2.2, did you upload all files when update?

Here is how to fix it:
Open: themefolder/woocommerce/loop/orderby.php
Line: 21

Find: <form class="woocommerce-ordering" method="get">
Replace with: <form class="woocommerce_ordering" method="get">

I am up to date with 1.2.2 and it doesn’t seem to work on mine so perhaps it isn’t fixed?

Also you haven’t answered my question about the form not expanding for the PayPal pro payment?

When will the next release be out as we are behind on the latest woo commerce release?

Many thanks

Thanks for that code. That’s great. However I have just updated and now get the errors back at the top of the screen. I raised this in a previous post and you said you were doing everything to make this compatible with 2.0.5 but clearly it isn’t. When will we have a fix for the following errors appearing:

Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, ‘woocommerce_sidebar_login_process’ was given in /var/sites/l/littlemiraclesboutique.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 406

Hello,

This was for 2.0.4 and is already fixed in the latest patch 1.2.2

Can you please download theme again from TF and upload complete folder and overwrite everything?

Best,

I will try that and hope the TF download works this time :-/

Thanks

All seems to be working now with the errors and the payment gateway styling is much better thank you.

However the payment options are still not expanded unless you click on the radio button when actually it should be expanded automatically – what needs to be done to have it expanded already?

Thanks
