Pretty System URLs setting is causing payment module not to load the page

Hi there Veronica, But i have an issue with the “Pretty System URLs” setting in the theme. When it’s turned on the payment page will not be loaded. The website says that the page can not be found, but when you turn it off it its working fine. Kind regards, Elmer	Mr_Mistah

Hi Elmer, Can you provide some screens please? We’ve gone through the checkout using both BurnEngine and default theme and everywhere there was a 404 when choosing 3rd payment option (Bank transfer). 1st option does not work on both themes either. Unfortunately, since there are problems with the default theme, the cause cannot come from BurnEngine. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

I had some issues with the payment module and that’s solved now. I had another seo module so i installed that one and everything is working fine now. Kind regards, Elmer	Mr_Mistah
