Problem when upgrading vqmod from 2.1.7 to 2.6.1

Hello, I want to upgrade vqmod from 2.1.7 to 2.6.1, but when I want to install new version (http://www.yoursite.com/vqmod/install) it gives a error (HTTP ERROR 500) and I can’t access frontend or admin page.

This problem isn’t appearing when using default theme.

I will give you account details so you can check.

We can’t access your FTP- please check your credentials. The account is locked into an empty FTP folder. Also, can you please change to the default theme, install vQmod (you said that it works with the default theme) and clear the vqmod cache ?
