Problem with “Additional Information” tab

Hi,

For some reason the “Additional Information” tab doesn’t appear in product’s page (I have only gallery and description). The product has attributes, set to be visible.

Please advice.

Hi,

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
