Problem with module instalation

Hi team,
I bought Shippica a month ago. Congratulations for your good job. I like it very much. Infortunately I have problem. I can’t install new modules into admin panel. For example: I upload tag cloud extension files by FTP . And when I go to Extensions -> Modules ..just a see white/blank page. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

This issue shouldn’t be related with Shoppica. We don’t alter any core files, that work with extensions.

The most common reason for blank page may be missing language files, if you have installed new language version for the administration.

We will need admin and ftp access so we could check.
