Topic: Problems with Technopolis configuration

Hello, I have some problems as follows: 1. With Live Search – in extensions/live search, I get only checked boxes – and somehow it works when I search words in description, although it’s not checked. But I can’t check what I want – and for example I want to check model 2. In Content, Tabs/Accordion , Edit, – I can not filter products to narrow results, and… tabs/accordion doesn’t work. No matter what I set – it shows only the latest product in any of tabs. 3. The same problem with filtering – to narrow results I face when I want to choose Featured products – Filter on the right side give me result only when is set to All, but when I want to filter to example ( Battery / Laptop ) it always shows “No results” I installed opencart 2.3.0.2 and technopolis template Web site URL ( testing ) > http://telit.co.rs/ocart2 Thanks in advance Stevan	stevan55

Hi, 1) We’ve checked model checkbox without a problem. No problem with Chrome, Firefox and IE11. What is your working browser? Have you tested on other machines? 2) There is an option for the Latest Products block settings that let you choose products from specific category to be shown. http://i.imgur.com/SphjmTD.png http://i.imgur.com/6d9E5B8.png http://i.imgur.com/ZZBgBfo.png 3) We see you haven’t linked any products to your top level categories. Please have in mind that if you assign a product to Batteries > Laptops, the product is not automatically assigned to Batteries as well. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hi, Thanks for help. Actually, I’ve been using Microsoft Edge explorer, because I had some problems with Chrome, and advert malware and I uninstalled it. So I never border to try configuration on another browser. Now I tried it on Firefox and all my problems are gone. Now I am able to link the latest product and the future product as well to my subcategories. I never wanted to link them to the main category., and that is why I didn’t assigned them as you mentioned. Thanks one more time.	stevan55
