I can not get the featured images to appear.
When I am trying to add a feature image for a new product, the image seems to upload at first. But does not actually upload to my server and will not save as the feature image.
I have tried all kinds of fixes, php memory limit, different sized images, nothing seems to work. And it is for the Shoppica Theme only. I am able to switch over to another theme, and the feature image works just fine.
Anyone else having this problem? I just bought Shoppica a few days ago to get started and am pretty frustrated as this is a very important feature.
What am I missing?

We just tested and uploaded image and it is working fine. What is the size and dimension of the images you are trying to upload?

Hi -
Smaller images like the one you uploaded seem to work OK. Anything bigger will not upload – I just tried a 340×340 13KB image and it would not upload. I just pulled a product image from the demo site (attached) that is 340×340 17KB and it would not work.
Speaking of, is there any way to make the featured image bigger on the single product page? I can’t seem to find anywhere to change those dimensions.

Hello,
We just find the problem, but this is not theme related problem it is happening on default theme too. Check for plugin conflict or wordpress config.
You can change your image size from: WP Admin -> Woocommerce -> Settings -> Catalog -> Image Options.

Thank you for your reply. I have deactivated all of the plugins and checked the wp config file, it is still only the Shoppica Theme with the problem that will not allow me to upload images successfully.
I have three other themes installed and I have tested all three back to back, they all allow me to upload and save no problem.
When I upload on the Shoppica theme, the size of the image does NOT appear (See attached file #1) and when I click to “edit” the image I get the message “Image data does not exist. Please re-upload the image.
”
When I upload on one of the other themes, the size of the image DOES appear and the image can be edited and saved successfully. See attached file #2.
It has to be a problem with the Shoppica Theme.

Any luck with figuring out the problem?
It’s still only having the problem for me with the Shoppica theme. I’m hoping to move forward with my site and the image problem is holding me up. If it is something you can’t fix are you able to offer a refund and I will just move on to a new theme?
