This topic has been marked as resolved.
hi, i have a same issue which mentioned in this post. http://support.themeburn.com/topic/product-options-disappearing-from-oldest-items-in-cart “The last item to be added always works fine — all options and their input values display correctly. When a new item is added however, the existing cart item loses the customer’s value input (e.g. “Product A” may have been added with option “Color: Blue” but “Product A” will now show “Color: ” with no input value after the new item is added to the cart). This even occurs though the option values are *required*.” totally as same as my issue, but i cant find any solution in the post mentioned above.even it is marked as resolved.

Hi, your issue has been fixed. It was cause by a custom extension of yours, called ‘color options’. We have added compatibility patch for it, so it can work with our theme. Sorry for the delayed answer, but third party extensions issues usually take longer to resolve. Thanks for the patience. Regards, |

unfortunately if i only update the theme to 2.24 if i applied the patch2 to v2.24 theme, the option value problem fixed and the Cart menu can updating correctly and show the item img. but i think it conflict with Ajax QuickCheckout 1.)when you logined to your account ,you cant see anything in checkout page. 2.)also, some item disappear in product page. i can quite sure it is caused by the patch2. i have a suggestion ## v2.2.4 – 7.04.2017 [fixed] – Cart menu not updating correctly ______________________________________________________________________ so i dont need to update the whole theme. |
