Product photo not saving

Hi. I am using Opencart 2.0.2.0 and the Pavilion theme 1.2.5. All was good, we were adding more products to the store.. I worked on the menu to show one more subcategory in the megamenu view and now, for some reason we are unable to save photos to the products we are adding. New Products will save, but will not have a photo. Editing the product and adding a photo does not work either. I have uploaded new photos, thinking perhaps there was a problem just with certain pics, but that has not worked either. As a last resort, I uninstalled and reinstalled Pavilion today, with no change in being able to save my products with pictures. Any ideas?	dentech3

Hi, Pavilion does alter product management in any way. Have you tried to edit products with the theme uninstalled? BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Yes, I did try to edit products with the theme uninstalled. Made sure I uninstalled everything, but it still won’t save.	dentech3

Hi, If you have uninstalled all theme features (module and modification) and product saving still does not work, then it can’t be theme related. Have you tried to make a new installation? Maybe it is something with your local configuration? BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Finally figured it out and thought I would post the solution! The file names contained too many letters/numbers and after I simplified them, it started showing again! FYI	dentech3

Hi, It is also a good practice to use only latin (but no latin extended) letters, when you save (rename) files. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
