Quick Order Status Updater and Order Number Manager are two famous extension in open cart marketplace, i download it and installed it to opencart with Pavilion.
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=17196
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=20987&filter_member=GeekoDev

Quick Order Status Updater can edit the status of order in admin order page directly.
but it doesn’t work, after i contact the author of this extension and he said:

“”I have added a display of error message in case the request is not successful, now we see an error message of the theme.
I will need you to contact your theme author.

Please ask them the following, you can eventually ask them to answer directly to me at this mail (support@geekodev.com):

The module Quick Order Status Updater is calling the opencart API in curl request, but when doing that with themeburn installed we got this error message: “There is no applied theme for the current store. Please, enter the BurnEngine control panel, select the current store and apply a theme.”

Do you know why? how can we solve that?”"

I will upload the extension by ftp, u can download it from “problem”folder in root, thanks.

After a series of tests, I find that the Order Number Manager is conflict with the Ajax Quick Checkout, I uninstall the Ajax Quick Checkout and the Order Number Manager work well, i solved the problems with the help of geekodev and ajax, it is not related to the Pavilion theme.

For the problem of Quick Order Status Updater, I uninstalled Pavilion theme and this extension work well, also the Quick Order Status Updater work well with a new installed OPENCART 2.3 without Pavilion theme.

The error is “There is no applied theme for the current store. Please, enter the BurnEngine control panel, select the current store and apply a theme”

It is related to the API in curl request. Since i cant give up Pavilion theme in my store, i wish the support can help me why the extension will conflict with Pavilion theme and the method to avoid the problem mentioned above.

Thank you very much.

Hi,

sorry for the delayed answer, but the third party extension support generally takes longer. Anyway, we have fixed your issue. It seems the order status updater works now. Please, check it and let us know.

This fix will be supplied with the next theme updates too.

We have attached a patch that contains all of the changed files and bug fixes for the next release. Unzip it and upload it to your opencart installation folder, replacing the current ones.
