Reason for Return translation

I have been able to translate everything else on my Shoppica 2 theme except the Reason for Returns on Product Returns page:

Dead On Arrival

How can I translate these from the default English to another language?

These strings are translated from the admin panel. Just browse to System -> Localization -> Returns -> Return Status.
