Recent Twitter issue

I noticed today that there was warning message for the twitter widget. I am using the Twitter Widget API 1.1 and I have my consumer key and such in there. It was working fine when I last updated last year but recently it is now giving an error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/64/10419964/html/wp-content/themes/”theme folder”/library/widgets/latest-tweets.php on line 86

Is this a temporary issue or something that needs an update?

Hello,

The problem is coming from your twitter Happy new year post. Please change it to text only without special symbols and everything should work fine.

We just tested with few different twitter usernames and all they are working fine.

Thanks. I didn’t know special symbols could cause that. Thanks for checking into it. I’ll change that twitter post.
