Redirect problem web.conf opencart iss7

when i click on my shop logo or the little home icon the page wont load, and a message says, Too many redirects occurred trying to open page this is my web.conf file as i am a using windows server. one i get the error and press refresh the page loads. but i don’t have this issue if i manually put in the url in I had to add this as i was having issues with seo urls thanks for your help	kalrek

I am having issues with this shoppica wordpress theme i brought. I am using this web.con in the main root which was an import of the htaccess page to make my site work. I have installed the wordpress theme in a directory called blog, and everything works apart from the postname url (prettylinks) bit. But if i take my web.conf in the root away it works, i think there is a redirect issue, this is the web.conf i have in the wordpress shoppica folder. Thanks for your help	kalrek
