Remove affiliate from primary menu

Hello,

Consulting Opencart and your site, we were able to remove Affiliate from footer by placing <–  –> around line to echo out link.  However it did not remove the link in the primary menu.  We choose to display the information in header menu.  Link is gone from footer but not top.  We will want to do the same thing for Brand.  (Affiliate module has been uninstalled).
