Sample Data Issue

Hi, whenever i try and import the sample data, I am receiving a 500 internal server error. Any ideas?

Could it be a wordpress multi-store issue? I have domain mapping, are there any special instructions for that? I have tried over and over, installing and reinstalling, but theme is not loading up correctly for me, when installing the sample data.

Ok, I just did a fresh install, on a non-multi site domain, and then tried uploading shoppica.zip file ( through backend ) , and then i received, the

Hello,

We just installed the sample data on your server, your execution time is very low and you need to Import the sample data few times until its ready. We do the import 4 times until it is imported.

Hello, my site still does not look like the demo, no slide show and the footers are off. Should I keep importing? Or is there anything else that I need to do

Hello,

Widgets cannot be imported with Sample data, you have to configure theme, also we didn`t installed the WP E-commerce plugin and no products are imported with current installation. If you want the products imported too, reinstall wordpress -> install the WP E-commerce plugin and then import sample data again.

About the Slides, read the documentation how to configure them.

HI TB Support Theme, I just bought shoppica theme for my wordpress blog.
Can you import the sample data for me also, I have changed the permission to 777, but the import still failed.

Hello,

Please read the documentation how to import it. If you get error, upload it few times until all images are uploaded to server and it will work.
